The Blonde Identity
by Ally Carter
This is the book I’m shoving into the hands of every friend who is going on vacation. It’s action packed from the beginning, but also light, breezy, and hilarious. Fans of James Bond movies will love this 007-esque rom-com. Zoe wakes up in the middle of a Paris street cold and thoroughly confused on how she got there. Sawyer finds Zoe, and for several reasons determines it would be problematic to ditch her. The adventure starts from here—there are lots of bad guys and high-speed chases that keep these two on their feet, but amidst the running and hiding, dangerous feelings start to bubble. He is brooding and serious, and she is goofy, yet can charm the socks off anyone she meets. These strangers are searching for the truth and hope to make it out of the chase alive. I found this to be a thrilling and wildly entertaining read, and hope you will too.

Tastes Like Shakkar
by Nisha Sharma
Get ready for an intense battle of wills in this Much Ado About Nothing-inspired romance. Wedding planner Bobbi and restaurateur Bunty are mortal enemies involved in a yearslong feud, forced to work together when their best friends become engaged. Their biting banter and shade throwing make it clear to everyone involved that this will be a challenge. Through the wedding planning process and pre-wedding events, this pair, more times than not, find themselves in compromising yet fun situations that complicate their hate for each other. A must-read for lovers of two other Editors’ Pick titles, The Wedding Party and Forget Me Not.
